Bring Jenna to your event for a high‑impact, future‑focused keynote and workshop experience on AI and interior design—without juggling travel receipts or complex billing. This multi‑day option is designed for conferences, chapter retreats, and in‑house teams that want both inspiration and implementation in a single visit.

  • In‑house design teams, studios, and showrooms wanting both presentation and workshop‑style sessions

    • Roundtrip airfare from Charleston, SC

    • Hotel accommodations for the duration of the booking (per agreed schedule)

    • Ground transportation, meals, and incidentals for the trip.

– 2‑Day Intensive (Keynote + Workshop): 5,500 USD – 50% deposit (2,750 USD) due at booking

– 3‑Day Conference Package: 6,000 USD – 50% deposit (3,000 USD) due at booking

– Multi‑Day Conference / Residency (4–5 days): from 7,500 USD – 50% deposit (3,750 USD) due at booking but prices are subject to increase depending on event requests.

How it works

  • Select your ideal date range using the form at checkout (and note if your dates are flexible).

  • Share your event location, audience, estimated attendance, and the mix of sessions you’d like (keynote, workshops, panels, etc.).

  • Our team will confirm Jenna’s availability within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a simple speaking agreement and a proposal outlining the final session mix and flat fee.

  • Once confirmed, Jenna’s team handles all travel and logistics within the agreed flat travel package.

Booking & payment terms

  • This checkout is for a 50% non‑refundable reservation deposit for a multi‑day in‑person event.

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. A payment link will be sent after your dates are confirmed.

  • Events must be booked a minimum of 75 days in advance.

  • Bookings requested inside the 75‑day window may incur an additional rush/short‑notice fee, confirmed prior to contract.

  • Applies to domestic U.S. events originating from Charleston, SC. International or unusually complex itineraries will receive a custom quote prior to confirmation.

Partner chapter savings

Save 750 USD on qualifying chapter bookings when your national organization registers as an AI for Interior Designers™ partner for an annual fee of 1,000 USD.
