How it works

  • Select your ideal date range using the form at checkout (and note if your dates are flexible).

  • Share your event location, audience, estimated attendance, and the mix of sessions you’d like (keynote, workshops, panels, etc.).

  • Our team will confirm Jenna’s availability within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a simple speaking agreement and a proposal outlining the final session mix and flat fee.

  • Once confirmed, Jenna’s team handles all travel and logistics within the agreed flat travel package.

Booking & payment terms

  • This checkout is for a 50% non‑refundable reservation deposit for a multi‑day in‑person event.

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. A payment link will be sent after your dates are confirmed.

  • Events must be booked a minimum of 75 days in advance.

  • Bookings requested inside the 75‑day window may incur an additional rush/short‑notice fee, confirmed prior to contract.

  • Applies to domestic U.S. events originating from Charleston, SC. International or unusually complex itineraries will receive a custom quote prior to confirmation.

Save 750 USD on qualifying chapter bookings when your national organization registers as an AI for Interior Designers™ partner for an annual fee of 1,000 USD.
