How it works
Select your ideal date range using the form at checkout (and note if your dates are flexible).
Share your event location, audience, estimated attendance, and the mix of sessions you’d like (keynote, workshops, panels, etc.).
Our team will confirm Jenna’s availability within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a simple speaking agreement and a proposal outlining the final session mix and flat fee.
Once confirmed, Jenna’s team handles all travel and logistics within the agreed flat travel package.
View our confirmed event calendar to check for any conflicts. For non‑flexible date events, please contact us with your requested date and time before completing your booking, or email Julia at Partnerships@aiforinteriordesigners.com.
Booking & payment terms
This checkout is for a 50% non‑refundable reservation deposit for a multi‑day in‑person event.
Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. A payment link will be sent after your dates are confirmed.
Events must be booked a minimum of 75 days in advance.
Bookings requested inside the 75‑day window may incur an additional rush/short‑notice fee, confirmed prior to contract.
Applies to domestic U.S. events originating from Charleston, SC. International or unusually complex itineraries will receive a custom quote prior to confirmation.
