AI for Interior Designers™ Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Scope & Access
By subscribing to the AI for Interior Designers™ membership, you gain access to a variety of training resources, on-demand videos, live workshops, and exclusive member content as described on the membership page at the time of your sign-up.
Membership benefits, features, and content may expand or evolve. As the program grows, some programming may be changed or upgraded; you will be notified regarding any adjustments that affect your membership.
If an upgrade or change results in new features outside your current membership scope, you may receive special upgrade offers or be "grandfathered" into the best possible pricing as a courtesy and acknowledgment of your ongoing support.
2. Changes, Upgrades & Notifications
Should the membership program or its features change, we will notify you by email or through your dashboard. Any applicable new features or program upgrades will be communicated, along with your access details and any offer to maintain or enhance your pricing or access as an existing member.
3. Refund Policy & Credits
Membership purchases—especially those for annual plans—are non-refundable. Due to the instant-and-on-demand nature of our digital content, as well as to protect our proprietary intellectual property, we cannot track every individual usage for refund validation or recovery.
Upon gaining access to the content library or member resources, you are considered to have received substantial value; therefore, refunds are not available for annual or already-accessed memberships.
If you are unable to utilize your membership, we may, at our discretion, permit credits to be applied toward other programs or offerings within the AI for Interior Designers™ platform. Please contact our support team if you wish to discuss the application of a credit.
4. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
Annual memberships automatically renew at the end of each membership period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all membership content and benefits through the end of your current paid membership period. After your membership period expires, access to member-only content, workshops, and resources will be discontinued.
No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods. If you cancel mid-term, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Usage & Privacy
Your viewing and usage of member content are not individually tracked or reported. Membership is intended for your personal and professional development and must not be shared, resold, or distributed to others.
All resources and training materials provided are for your exclusive use as an active member, and sharing outside the membership violates these terms and our intellectual property protection.
6. Intellectual Property
All courses, workshops, tools, templates, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of AI for Interior Designers™. Any unauthorized distribution, copying, or commercial use outside of your individual or company membership is strictly prohibited.
7. IDCEC Continuing Education Credits
Select courses offered through AI for Interior Designers™ are accredited by IDCEC (Interior Design Continuing Education Council) and provide continuing education units (CEUs) upon completion.
To receive IDCEC credits, you must complete all required course components, assessments, and attendance requirements as specified for each accredited course. Credits are issued directly through IDCEC's reporting system and will appear in your IDCEC transcript.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all requirements for credit issuance. Credits cannot be retroactively awarded for incomplete courses or courses accessed outside of the designated completion period.
IDCEC credit availability, course accreditation status, and credit amounts are subject to change based on IDCEC policies and approval processes. We will communicate any changes to accredited course offerings in advance.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including that all membership fees are non-refundable. You accept that updates, new features, and policy changes may occur as the community and content grow, and you will be notified in advance of anything affecting your access or pricing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership shall be resolved in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
