1. Who We Are

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as AI for Interior Designers™ ("AIID," "we," "us"), operates aiforinteriordesigners.com, aiforinteriordesigners.ai, and the AI Social Club™ membership platform at theaisocialclub.com, along with related classes, live broadcasts, private sessions, custom app builds, the podcast, and email programs (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

• Account & profile: name, email, password credentials, and any profile details you add in the Club (photo, location, business name). Member gallery and spotlight features are opt-in.
• Purchases & bookings: what you bought and when. Payment card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never store your full card number. Session bookings are made through Google Calendar appointment scheduling and include the name, email, and answers you provide when booking.
• Forms: our invitation/request form, booking request form, session prep form, contact forms, and event registrations, including the business context you choose to share (your tools, goals, firm details).
• Community content: posts, comments, questions, and anything you share in Club spaces or live chats.
• Referrals: if you join through a member's invite, we record the inviting member so trials and credits work.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data (browser type, pages viewed, features used, approximate location from IP) via cookies and similar technologies, used for security, functionality, and analytics.
• Class and broadcast attendance within the Club (for make-ups, CEU attendance requirements, and improving programming).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Services: accounts, memberships, classes, bookings, tools, community, and support.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud (with Stripe).
• To run classes and issue completion or CEU documentation where applicable.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, booking confirmations, class reminders, account notices) and, with your consent or as permitted, our newsletter and program updates.
• To personalize and improve the Services and develop new programming.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. The AI App Studio & Your Data

• Studio tools are designed to keep your work yours. Where a tool states that your work is processed locally or stored in your browser, your project inputs (images, briefs, brand files) are not retained on our servers after your session, except where you explicitly save something to your account.
• Some tools send your inputs to third-party AI platforms (such as Google's Gemini models) to generate results; those inputs are handled under the third party's data terms. We select business-grade configurations where available.
• Outputs you generate belong to you. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before professional use.
• Custom-built client applications run on the client's own AI platform accounts; the client's data stays under the client's accounts and control.

5. Live Classes, Broadcasts & Recordings

Classes, live broadcasts, and community events may be recorded (currently via tools including Zoom and Riverside) and made available as replays to members, or used in our educational and promotional content. If you appear on camera, speak, or post in chat during a live session, that appearance may be part of the recording. Prefer not to appear? Keep camera and microphone off. Member spotlights, portraits in the member gallery, and testimonials are used only with opt-in.

6. Who We Share Information With

Only service providers who help us run the Services, under their own privacy and security obligations, never for their advertising, and never sold:

7. Email & Marketing Choices

If you sign up for The DAIly or our updates, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. Transactional emails (receipts, bookings, account and class notices) are sent regardless because they are part of the service. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use necessary cookies (sign-in, security, preferences) and analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in. Where a consent banner is presented in your region, we honor your choices.

9. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, except where longer retention is required (tax, accounting, legal claims, CEU records). We use reputable providers, encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and US state privacy laws), you may have rights to: access a copy of your personal information; correct it; delete it; port it; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). You will not be discriminated against for exercising rights.

To exercise any right, email support@aiforinteriordesigners.com from the address on your account. We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. Children

The Services are for professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and where required we will notify you. This page is the single privacy policy for all our sites and the Club; earlier policies on any of our domains are superseded.
