Everything starts with the Base App. Your brand colors, fonts, custom layout, and feature flow are included. So are your terminology throughout and two small features built around how your studio actually works. This is not a template. It is built for you from the get-go. Every app runs on Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini. Our preferred stack is Google Gemini and Google Workspace for the tightest integration, but we can work with whatever ecosystem you are already in and we will work with you to cancel the tools you no longer need.

Every app is designed so you can manage it without a developer. Update copy, swap features, and adjust settings directly. Need something structurally new or a feature added? Book an update session with us and we will handle it. That whole process can be completely streamlined once the systems are in place.

When you add 5 or more feature modules to your build, we include a full app flowchart preview before we start building. You will see exactly how your features connect, where data flows between them, and how your clients and team will move through the app. We map it out, you approve it, and then we build.

From booking to live app, here is exactly how the process works. The more clearly you describe the apps and processes you want to change or replace, the faster everything goes. We move quickly when we have what we need from you.

Week 1
Planning Session
We start with a planning session. You walk us through the tools you use today, the processes that slow you down, and what you want to replace or improve. We map your workflow, confirm your feature list, and confirm your integration plan. If your build includes 5 or more features, we send you a full app flowchart preview before we write a single line of code.

Weeks 2 and 3
Build
We build your app with the features you selected. Your brand colors, fonts, layout, and terminology are applied throughout from the get-go. Your two included small features are built during this phase, shaped around the workflow details you gave us in the planning session.

Week 4
Review and Revisions
We share a working preview of your app. You test it, flag anything that needs adjusting, and we handle one round of revisions. We also confirm your integration list and data privacy setup so everything is ready for transfer at delivery.

Week 5
Transfer and Delivery
We transfer the license to your accounts, set up your API keys, configure data privacy for each connected platform, and deploy to your domain. The $1,000 delivery payment processes at this step. We hand you documentation and your 30-day support window starts.

You manage the app yourself day to day. Add any feature from the list below for $2,500 whenever you are ready. Want something structurally changed or expanded? Book a session with us. There is no ongoing obligation. You own the app and the systems create freedom from there.
