How it works
Select your ideal date range using the form at checkout (and note if your dates are flexible).
Share your event location, audience, estimated attendance, and the mix of sessions you’d like (keynote, workshops, panels, etc.).
Our team will confirm Jenna’s availability within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a simple speaking agreement and a proposal outlining the final session mix and flat fee.
Once confirmed, Jenna’s team handles all travel and logistics within the agreed flat travel package.

Booking & payment terms
This checkout is for a 50% non‑refundable reservation deposit for a multi‑day in‑person event.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days after the first payment and will be automatically billed to the card on file.
Events must be booked a minimum of 75 days in advance.
Bookings requested inside the 75‑day window may incur an additional rush or short‑notice fee, which will be confirmed prior to contract.
Pricing applies to domestic U.S. events originating from Charleston, SC. International events or unusually complex itineraries will receive a custom quote prior to confirmation.
Cancellation & rescheduling
If the event is cancelled, the 50% reservation deposit is non‑refundable.
If the event is rescheduled, the 50% reservation deposit will be applied to a future event date (subject to Jenna’s availability), and additional fees may apply for schedule, travel, or location changes.
The remaining 50% is refundable up to 45 days prior to the original event date. After that point, the full fee is non‑refundable.
