It is not that you are behind on AI.

It is that nobody has looked at your whole tech stack in a while. Almost every design business I sit down with has the same three things going on.

01

Your tech stack grew one tool at a time. Nobody ever sat down with the whole list, so you are paying for overlap you cannot see from inside it.

02

Every new AI tool is one more login, one more tab, and one more place your client work ends up living.

03

And what comes out does not sound like you, so you rewrite it anyway. That tool cost you time instead of giving it back.

Three sessions, in order.

One hour each, a week or two apart. From the get-go I always start here, because you cannot draw the plan until you know what is already standing. You implement between sessions, and the more you put in, the faster the rest of it gets.

Click a room to walk through what happens inside it.

1
Book and pay

Pick one session or all three below. Payment happens at checkout, so nothing waits on an invoice.

2
Pick your time

Checkout drops you onto my calendar. Booking all three? Book one, then refresh the page and book the next. Same link each time.

3
We meet, then you build

One hour on video. You leave with that session's document and a short list to put into practice before the next one. That gap is where the streamlining actually happens.

Who you are working with

I never stopped taking on projects.

That part matters here. I still run design work, so every workflow I put in front of you has been tested on a real client and a real deadline, not in a demo. It is the difference between something that sounds good in a session and something that survives a Tuesday.

Before AI for Interior Designers™, I built eDesign Tribe, a rendering training platform that was acquired by Mydoma Studio. Since then I have worked with design firms, in-house teams, and professional industry groups across the country, and I speak at High Point Market and for IDS, DSA, ASID, and WithIt.

I founded AI for Interior Designers™ and built the AI Social Club, the house where all of it lives now. The Studio holds the AI App Studio mini apps, The Classroom runs the Certificate Program, The Library keeps the podcast and the free resources, and The Lounge is where members talk to each other. I host the podcast and build custom apps through The Workshop for firms that need something which does not exist yet.

What you are building toward

A plan your whole team can see.

A design team gathered around a glowing three dimensional floor plan projected above a coffee table
AI-generated The Blueprint is not a document that sits in a drawer. It is the shared picture of how your business runs, and where the technology belongs in it.

What comes with every session.

Yours to keep

The recording

Every session is recorded and sent to you. Go back to the part you needed twice, or hand it to someone on your team who was not in the room.

Yours to keep

Notes and exercises

Written notes from the session, plus the interactive exercises we work through together. They are how the collaboration keeps moving between sessions.

Always

Completely confidential

Your tools, your numbers, your workflow, and your clients stay between us. Nothing from a session shows up in a class, a post, or anywhere else.

Book one session, or book the whole Blueprint.

Same three steps whether you are solo, a firm with an in-house team, or a professional industry group. The only thing that changes is how many people are in the room.

Webinar and virtual learning
25 or more

Larger groups, chapters, associations, and events. The Blueprint or any part of it, delivered live to your whole audience. Notes go to every attendee, and CEU is optional and submitted per session.

Tell us about your group and we will build the session around it. I want to meet your team where they are at.

Email Partnerships

Sessions of 25 or fewer are scheduled on the calendar right after checkout. Larger groups are arranged with Julia.

What happens after the three.

You become a returning client.

Once your Blueprint is done, you have the plan. Most of it you can run yourself, and that is the point: do more with what you already have. But the work usually keeps going, so there are two doors and you pick.

Come back for more sessions. Returning clients get a client rate we send you after the third session. No package to buy and no commitment, just a better rate because we already know your business and do not have to start over.

Or we build it for you. Sometimes the Blueprint turns up something that needs to exist and does not yet. That runs through The Workshop, scoped and quoted on its own walkthrough call. We do not always lead here, and plenty of Blueprints finish with no build at all.

Questions people ask before booking.

Type a question below and it will find the closest answer, or open any of them.

I do not have that one written down yet. Email me at Partnerships@aiforinteriordesigners.com and I will answer it, and it will probably end up on this list.
Real but bounded. The sessions themselves are one hour and I do the heavy lifting in them. Between sessions you will be putting things into practice, because that is the only way a workflow actually changes. I keep the list short on purpose, since your time is the thing we are trying to give back.
No, and most people do not. The first session is me looking at what you already pay for, which needs nothing from you except the list. If you cannot find the list, we build it together on the call. You are in a great place to start from wherever you are.
That is a real option and it is priced on this page. One session is usually The Stack, since that is where the money tends to be hiding. You can always come back for the other two.
You do not have to join anything to do this. The AI Social Club is where AI for Interior Designers™ lives now: the AI App Studio mini apps, the Certificate Program, the podcast and free resources, and a community floor. Some Blueprints point you there because a membership covers what you need. Plenty do not.
No. The whole point is usually the opposite. Most Blueprints end with fewer subscriptions than you started with, and most of the plan is things you can run yourself with tools you already have.
We cover this directly in The Stack. Anything I recommend keeps your work on accounts you own, and the AI App Studio tools inside the AI Social Club run so your data stays local to you. If a tool wants your client information in exchange for being free, I will tell you.
No. It is built for professionals across the home design industry, and most of it applies to any small business. Some examples will be designer specific because that is the world I come from, and I will meet you where you are at either way.
Same link, three times. Book your first time, then refresh the booking page and grab the next one. It is a little manual and I would rather be honest about that than have you wonder whether the second one went through.
A week or two apart tends to land best, because you will be implementing between them. That gap is not filler, it is where the streamlining happens. Book all three at once and move them later if your schedule shifts.
Yes. Firms of 10 to 25 book the same three sessions at the firm rate, run for the whole team together or one section at a time. For 25 or more, or a webinar format, email Partnerships and we will build it around your group.
Not the one on one sessions, no. For webinar and virtual learning formats with larger groups, CEU is optional and submitted per session. Ask when you reach out and we will tell you what applies to your group.
Sometimes that is the right answer and sometimes it is not, which is exactly what session three decides. If a build makes sense, that runs through The Workshop and gets scoped and quoted on a separate walkthrough call. Plenty of Blueprints end with no build at all.
Yes. Once your Blueprint is done you are a returning client, and we send you a client rate to book ongoing sessions whenever you want them. No package, no commitment, just a better rate because we already know your business.

Get started

Start with The Stack.

One hour, and you will see your own tech stack laid out in a way you have probably never seen it. Most people find something they can cancel before the session is over.
