Key Steps:

1. Recording Conversations:

- Use AI note-taking tools like Fathom to automatically record and transcribe meetings.

- Ensure all parties are aware that the conversation is being recorded.

2. Transcript Extraction:

- Obtain the transcript from the recorded meeting.

- Copy the transcript into a document format for easier manipulation.

3. Formatting in Canva:

- Open a new Canva Doc and paste the transcript.

- Clear any formatting issues using the "Clear Extra Formatting" feature in Canva.

- Apply brand fonts and colors to maintain consistency.

4. Document Transformation:

- Utilize Canva's AI-powered tools to transform the document into a presentation or other content formats.

- Experiment with different layouts and designs to enhance the visual appeal.

5. Customization and Editing:
